First and foremost we’re delivery professionals not recruitment agents. The minute you speak with us, you’ll see the difference in our understanding of delivering major change portfolios. 

We can advise and guide on the skills required and the shape of portfolios before sourcing, or we can simply source you a fantastic project professional if you’re clear already.

Your existing agencies are unlikely to have first hand deep delivery experience. We don’t need job descriptions, just a short conversation with you about the project and then we’ll get on the case for you.

We’re here when you need as a project partner, earning your trust to become your go. Everything we do is focused on your projects completing succesfully.

Firstly, get in touch – info@propms.com or click the Schedule Call button. From there our experienced Programme Director will connect with you to understand your delivery need. This could be a simple contractor resource request or exploring a larger managed service provision.

Once we’re clear on the requirement, we’ll get to work with our PDVet method. In summary, our team will start sourcing from both our proven PRO PMs network, and across the market. A Programme Director will fully vet every resource to main a focus on quality.

We work at pace and typically only 1% of applicants are suitable for proposing as options for client roles. We’ll save you from the noise of the other 99%.

We keep it simple. We offer a standard consulting contract with a statement of work (SOW) per engagement. We draft it for your agreement to save you time. We guide on the IR35 assessment process too.

If you’re a government or NHS organisation we contract via our selected partners through established frameworks so there is no constraint to hiring our services.

Do make contact and we’ll explain it all as a tried and tested method. 

Two ways:

(1) You may already have a business case for your project and your investment in a strong project leader would be part of that

(2) If not, your ROI should be judged against the cost of not making a decision and having the project continue without a strong delivery leader.

The very best way to control costs on a project is to deliver as fast as possible. The shorter the project the better financially. Long and thin isn’t usually a recipe for success. 

A typical run rate cost for a medium sized project would be £10K to £25K per week. Consider your project taking 4 weeks longer than it should, or 3 to 6 months longer. 

Your saving comes from the soonest possible delivery.

Savings also come from the effective management of change. Pricing change controls, managing suppliers to dates, pricing unmet dependencies and functional scope change. 

Strong project managers are commercially astute and will ensure change delivers financial benefits for you. Just one or two £50K to £100K CCNs could cover your investment.
